What membership tiers do you offer?

We offer four membership tiers: Bronze ($29.95/week) for budget-conscious golfers with unlimited range access; Silver ($59.95/week) including lessons and coaching; Gold ($79.95/week) with priority booking and extended freeze periods; and Platinum ($119.95/week) offering family access for partners and dependents. All memberships include TrackMan technology, climate control, and personalized tracking. Minimum 12-week commitment applies to all tiers.

Can I visit without a membership?

Precision Golf operates as a members-only facility to ensure consistent access and quality experience for our community. We don't offer casual walk-in rates. However, prospective members can book a facility tour to experience our TrackMan technology and world-class amenities. Tours include a complimentary session to test our equipment. Contact us to schedule your visit and learn about our flexible membership options.

Is there a joining fee?

No joining fees or hidden costs. You pay only your weekly membership rate with a minimum 12-week commitment. All membership tiers include full facility access, TrackMan technology, personalized cloud accounts, and climate-controlled practice bays. Payment is processed weekly via direct debit. Higher tiers (Gold and Platinum) offer extended freeze periods and additional benefits without extra setup charges.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, all membership tiers include freeze options. Bronze and Silver members receive one freeze period per year. Gold and Platinum members enjoy extended freeze privileges with more flexibility. Freezes are ideal for holidays, injuries, or busy periods. Simply notify us in advance through your member portal or contact our team. Minimum freeze period is typically two weeks, with specific terms varying by membership tier.

Do you offer family memberships?

Our Platinum membership ($119.95/week) includes family access for partners and dependents. This tier allows multiple family members to use the facility under one membership. Each family member gets their own TrackMan cloud account for personalized tracking. Platinum also includes priority booking, extended freeze periods, and access to all facility amenities. Perfect for families who want to practice together and improve their game.

How many bays do you have?

We feature 32 TrackMan 4-equipped bays—the world's largest indoor TrackMan facility. This includes 24 regular driving range bays, 2 specialized short game pitching bays, and 6 private coaching and virtual golf bays. Our 3,000 square meter facility also includes multiple putting greens, chipping areas, and practice bunkers. The large number of bays ensures minimal wait times even during peak hours.

Do you have short game practice areas?

Yes, our facility includes dedicated short game areas with multiple putting greens, specialized pitching bays with TrackMan technology, chipping areas, and practice bunkers. These areas allow you to work on every aspect of your short game in climate-controlled comfort. Our PGA professionals offer short game coaching to help you master wedge play, putting technique, and bunker shots—often the quickest path to lower scores.

Do you offer golf lessons?

Yes, we have four PGA-certified professionals offering personalized coaching. Lessons utilize TrackMan technology for real-time feedback and high-speed video analysis. We offer individual sessions, multi-lesson packages, and specialized clinics. Silver, Gold, and Platinum memberships include lesson credits. Our coaches specialize in swing mechanics, short game, course management, and club fitting. Book through your member portal or contact our pro shop.

How much do lessons cost?

Individual 60-minute lessons range from $100-150 depending on instructor and package. Multi-lesson packages offer better value with discounts for 5, 10, or 20-session bundles. Silver membership includes lesson credits, while Gold and Platinum tiers receive additional coaching benefits. All lessons include TrackMan data analysis, video review, and personalized practice plans. Contact us for current pricing and package options tailored to your goals.

Can I get video analysis of my swing?

Absolutely! Our facility features high-speed cameras integrated with TrackMan technology for comprehensive swing analysis. Capture your swing from multiple angles, review in slow motion, and compare with professional swings. Video is automatically saved to your TrackMan cloud account. Our PGA coaches use video analysis during lessons to identify swing faults and track improvement. Members can also record and review their own practice sessions anytime.

Do you offer club fitting services?

Yes, we provide professional club fitting using TrackMan technology for precise data capture. Our certified fitters analyze your swing with multiple club options to optimize distance, accuracy, and consistency. We carry premium brands including Mizuno, TaylorMade, and Callaway. Fitting sessions typically last 60-90 minutes and include comprehensive data analysis. Over 90% of fitting customers purchase through us. Fittings can be booked separately or combined with coaching sessions.

What brands do you carry for club fittings?

We're authorized dealers for Mizuno, TaylorMade, and Callaway—three of golf's most respected brands. Our inventory includes the latest driver, iron, wedge, and putter models. We also fit for premium shaft options from leading manufacturers. All fittings use TrackMan data to ensure optimal performance. Custom orders typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. Our expertise and customer trust drive $50,000+ in monthly club fitting revenue.

Where are you located?

Our flagship facility is at Unit 11, 4-8 Inman Road, Cromer NSW 2099 on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We also have a location in Chatswood at Unit 2/29 Gibbes Street, NSW 2067. The Cromer facility is our largest at 3,000 square meters with 32 TrackMan bays. Both locations offer climate-controlled practice, TrackMan technology, and PGA coaching. Easy parking available at both sites. Cromer is our main facility with the world's largest TrackMan range.

What are your opening hours?

We're open 7:30am to 10:00pm Monday through Friday, and 7:30am to 9:00pm on weekends. Extended weekday hours accommodate early morning practice and after-work sessions. Our first-come, first-served system means you can drop in anytime during operating hours without booking. Peak times are typically 4-8pm on weekdays. Our large facility ensures minimal wait times even during busy periods. Perfect for fitting practice around your schedule.

Yes, both our Cromer and Chatswood locations offer convenient parking. The Cromer facility has dedicated parking spaces with easy access to the entrance. Street parking is also available nearby. Chatswood location has parking options within walking distance. We recommend arriving slightly early during peak hours (4-8pm weekdays) to secure parking, though our large facility size means bay availability is rarely an issue. Free parking at Cromer location.

Is the facility air-conditioned?

Yes, our entire facility is fully climate-controlled with air conditioning and heating. Practice in comfort year-round regardless of Sydney's weather. Consistent temperature and humidity ensure optimal ball flight data and comfortable practice sessions. This is especially valuable during hot summer months or rainy winter days. Climate control also protects our TrackMan equipment and maintains consistent performance. Train in perfect conditions every visit—a key advantage over outdoor ranges.

Do you serve food and drinks?

Yes! We have a licensed food truck on-site serving burgers, wings, and beverages including beer, wine, and RTDs. Our facility is fully licensed to serve alcohol. Every Wednesday we offer a special: 4 beers for $20. The food truck operates during peak hours, perfect for post-practice meals or social gatherings. Enjoy quality food and drinks while reviewing your TrackMan data or watching others practice. Great for making practice sessions social events.

Can I play virtual golf courses?

Yes! Our 6 private virtual golf bays allow you to play world-famous courses including Pebble Beach, St Andrews, and Augusta National. Virtual golf is perfect for course practice, competitive rounds with friends, or experiencing legendary layouts. All virtual rounds use TrackMan technology for accurate ball flight and realistic gameplay. Popular for corporate events, social outings, and when you want a break from range practice. Book virtual golf bays through our member portal.

Do you offer corporate packages?

Yes, we offer comprehensive corporate packages including our Corporate League (4 seasons yearly, 12 weeks each, $195/week for 5 employees). Corporate memberships range from Premier ($999/week) to Enterprise ($2,499/week) and include league entry, coaching, branding opportunities, and flexibility. Perfect for team building, client entertainment, and employee wellness. Our private upstairs area accommodates corporate presentations and meetings. Contact us for customized corporate solutions tailored to your business needs.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, we offer gift vouchers for lessons, club fittings, memberships, and facility credit. Gift vouchers make perfect presents for golf enthusiasts and are available in any denomination. They can be used toward coaching sessions, equipment purchases, membership fees, or food and beverage. Purchase vouchers online through our website or in-person at either location. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase date. Ideal for birthdays, holidays, or corporate gifts.
